Ok, this ain't like most RPs that you may have joined, here's why:
1)There are no real characters here...we use our created characters and play like real ones!!!HAHAHAHAAAAA...it'll work

2)There is no one lined shit going on here, you must have at least 5 lines before you can put it!
Note: Not exsactly five lines of soing stuff it can also be a lot of detail for as low as 2 actions.

3)Yes, your character may not be killed...however, I'm a big fan of people getting put in a hospital so we'll go with that, unless it's way too much and in which case you're Shit Out'f Luck!

4)You may not start out with super/uber/a-b rank moves((which ever you prefer) That means that you can't just know rasengan or swamp of the underworld! you must train to do those!!!) {Check here to see which you can use:}

5)This isn't a non-stop fighting thing, there will be parades and what naught as if it was a real city!

6)If you find your character in an un-fair situation (3 and up v.s. 1) just run away because no matter how much you want it to be....YOU ARE NOT INVINCIBLE!!!!!!!

7)no blood-line traits can be used unless you explain to me how you have it with background story. (sharingan is off limits)
